We really want your shopping experience with us to be great. We have a terrific range of products and have taken every care to provide you with great choice and excellent quality.

But we also appreciate that sometimes not everything is perfect. So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You can return an item to us, so long as you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your item. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us, providing that:

  • Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item is in the original packaging, with all tags still attached
  • You can provide receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your item along with your receipt or proof of purchase, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund for the cost of your item via your original method of payment.  But please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid by card, the amount of time taken for you to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund, and have passed the shipping costs to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise using a tracking service when returning an item, as we can not be held responsible for items that are not delivered to us.
